This candle has been designed to calm your thoughts and help you settle into mindful practices such as meditation, yoga, self care and deep rest. It is a reminder to love yourself, to take time for yourself and indulge in self care.
Essential oils:
Clary Sage: Believed to promote mental clarity and inner peace. This makes Clary Sage an ideal companion for meditation. The oil is also known for its potential to help balance emotions.
Geranium: Considered the oil of Love and Trust. It opens the heart and improves self confidence. It softens anger and feelings of grief, disappointment, and abandonment. Use it with meditation and affirmations to actively promote healing.
Chamomile: Has been used as part of ritual and spell to enhance positive energy and to bring emotional and spiritual balance. Unlike some herbs that simply repel negative energy, the chamomile flower is thought to transform the negative energy into positive energy.
Take a moment, notice the colours and textures within the wax before placing one into your melter. Pop a lit tea light in the base of your burner and allow the wax to melt. Take your time, sit quietly and notice the bubbles, feel the warmth of the candle as the scent starts to fill your space.
