  • Zodiac Business Lab – a series of self-led seasonal activations, each available as a standalone digital product.

Additional services, programmes, or events may be offered from time to time and will be subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Our services are delivered and processed through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Ivorey. When you make a purchase or register for a service, you may also be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of any third-party platform, though we take reasonable care in selecting the platforms we use.

Payment processing is handled by the relevant third-party platform. We do not directly store your payment details.

When you purchase a standalone digital product, you will receive access to the relevant content as described at the time of purchase. Unless Wild as the Moon ceases to operate, or unless otherwise stated, access is ongoing and does not expire.

6.2 Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Extra Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel and receive a full refund.

However, if you access or download the digital content within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you are giving your express consent to begin receiving the content immediately and that you lose your right to cancel once you have accessed the content.
