Hand crafted Smudge Stick
Cedar, Mugwort & Rose

At roughly 8 inches long, these cedar mugwort and rose smoke sticks have been hand crafted with wild foraged and home grown plants. This particular smoke stick has a cedar base and is decorated with equally magical Mugwort and Rose and will last for many weeks even when used daily.

Magical Properties

Cedar: Incredibly protective and cleansing making a great tool to create a sacred space. It also helps to attract good energy and is said to aid in manifesting magic, especially when centred around personal transformation.

Mugwort: Mugwort, also known as Artemesia Vulgaris, is named after the Lunar Goddess Artemis. She invites us to travel from the material world into the magical. It stimulates the creative centres of the brain helping you visualise and feel into your intuition, desires or creative mind.

Rose: From the rose bushes in my garden, cared for by three generations of my family. Rose calls in luck, protection, passion, increases psychic knowledge and increases intuition. Helping you to navigate your way forward.

Hold the end of your stick over a candle until it smoulders or catches light. If lit, gently blow out the flame allowing it to release the aromatic smoke into your space. Use it with a heatproof bowl to catch any falling embers. You can leave your stick in one place on a dish or waft it around your space/ yourself for cleansing and protection. Use only in a well ventilated area and never leave a smouldering stick unattended. Extinguish after use using a couple drops of water if it has not gone out by itself.
